As explained, soles on canvas pipers have changed and are no where near as comfortable as other lines. Is there a change?

I can highly recommend the product but customer service when delivery required signature proved a very difficult process for me. I probably will not order anymore I less delivery requirement changes.

Shoes have decreased in quality and available colourways while increasing in price. I will not purchase again and will return this purchase.

Shoes arrived very promptly but had to be returned as too large. Tracking post says they were returned 20/8 to depot but 3 weeks later I’m frustrated - NO refund and NO reply to emails. I phoned the NZ Allbirds office to ask about Australian office - they had no contact number for them. I write wonderful reviews when happy with service & product but on this occasion I’m very disappointed and want my refund Allbirds! Liz Stilwell 🙏
