Shoes have decreased in quality and available colourways while increasing in price. I will not purchase again and will return this purchase.

Shoes arrived very promptly but had to be returned as too large. Tracking post says they were returned 20/8 to depot but 3 weeks later I’m frustrated - NO refund and NO reply to emails. I phoned the NZ Allbirds office to ask about Australian office - they had no contact number for them. I write wonderful reviews when happy with service & product but on this occasion I’m very disappointed and want my refund Allbirds! Liz Stilwell 🙏

Shoes are awesome, but delivery took three weeks from Sydney to Perth.

Too expensive for a poor quality shoe .
