Not a brilliant white colour (have a tinge of almost a blue to them) and don’t slide on as easily as other Allbird shows. Still feel very comfy though :)

You have bad customer experience, you dont reply to chat messages or emails, you dont honour your promise to apply discounts etc - i wont repurchase from you again

I own multiple pairs of Allbirds shoes and truly enjoy them. However, I dislike that you've transitioned to a new website for ANZ, which now features a very limited selection. It appears you still offer a vast range for the US and other markets, but Australia has far fewer options for both colours and styles. Additionally, prices have risen, shipping fees have been introduced, and delivery times have significantly slowed. This may cause you to lose your loyal customers.

Shipping was fine. Only problem was the product is far inferior to how to used to be.

Unfortunately the first time I wore these shoes they rubbed the back of my ankle. I bled over the back of the shoe and obviously couldn’t return them. It was really disappointing as my previous experience with your shoes has been fantastic.
