Slow refund on returned item but I received the original order quickly

I have old pairs which have a wool insole and heel lining, which deserve five stars - the wool makes these grip your foot and stay in place. This latest pair came with a different material, which is slippery, so that your foot slips inside the shoe. Also the new material in the heel lining tends to collapse. So these only get three stars. Please bring back the wool insole and heel lining!

Arrived promptly but was disappointed with the shoe. Not as dedicated to sustainability as they used to be.
