Excellent socks but too pricey

I had to return my shoes as they were too big. The sizing chart was not correct. Had no issues with returning the item, however am still awaiting the replacement. It has been several weeks now.

Honestly, I don’t know what has happened to Allbirds. A wearer for years, the quality seems to go down further and further each passing year. My favourite shoes are quickly becoming just another option in a massive spectrum of possibilities. They last a shorter time, the colours are not guiltlessly boring, and the designs have gotten worse, not better. Whoever is running the Allbirds ship is not imbued with the spirit of the founders.

It’s almost 3 weeks since my return can someone reply to my email or provide a refund?
