Good communication, fast delivery.

Wonderfully comfortable shoes. . . once I get them on!! When I ordered I hadn't realised they didn't have the typical tongue & lace opening. So to begin I had a struggle putting them on. I knew they were the right size for my foot as I have an older pair of M9 allbirds and, once they were on, they were very comfortable. I recently decided a 'shoe horn' would surely solve the issue. . . and it has done.

Very happy with the shoes so far, but not at all happy with the delivery method. The FAQ on the website states: "All deliveries are shipped with DHL Express", which is obviously incorrect. The company used Aramex, which would be my absolute last choice of courier within Australia. 6 days between 2 capital cities, then another 2 days to actually reach me. Unacceptable. On the positive side, Allbirds customer service did respond to my emails promptly

I find these really comfortable, but hard to get on. Even though they have laces, they are a tight slip on, but there is no loop at the back to help pull them on. My other criticism is the shoes are grey, but the laces are blue. Yes, grey laces are available in NZ, but can’t purchase them as in Aus.
