The communication from Allbirds in terms of the order placement and delivery progress is sufficient and easy to follow. For our order, I had to perform an exchange (to correct size), and I did have to followup with Allbirds to confirm that they had received the exchange and were progressing the re-issue. The online chat worked fine and I received two email responses the following day. I would have issued full-5 stars if I had not needed to prompt confirmation of the exchange and associated status. But all is good . . . as I saw the quick responses the following day.

Very comfortable and good foam support for walking. You will need to wear thin socks instead of the thick ones.
