Only one belt was indicated

Only one belt was indicated in inventory. It did not ship as estimated. When I called to inquire about this, the young woman in customer service was able to locate the belt and ship it to me the next day. I was very happy.

Excellent customer service

I am a lifeguard/swim instructor and most of my students are children with moderate to severe special needs. We rely quite heavily on a variety of Kiefer’s flotation devices. Just as important as Kiefer’s equipment, their customer service is outstanding. I have reached out a couple of times with questions and the response has always been prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their products and their service!
