So much for white glove experience

The deliverers for the “white glove service” were incredibly rude and argumentative. They never called the day before delivery to confirm the date/time was good, obviously when they went to deliver it the first time I wasn’t home. When trying to explain the miscommunication, the person on the phone refused to listen to me and even called me a liar because he called me 4 times (while at my home that morning). Once that issue was resolved, the same person was rude in my home and made me very uncomfortable and even used my by bathroom without asking. As for the white glove service, they dropped my machine and cracked it, knew they did it and refused to tell me about it. I had to find it later on and now have to deal with the company myself- not sure you can even call that white glove service with the experience I received. If I knew it was going to be this bad, I never would have gone with a local person :(

Customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for 3 months for the service company that Echelon contracts with to repair my bike. I have had numerous phone calls with Echelon with no resolution.
