Terrible Echelon Customer Service
The fitness app has not worked from day one. I have contacted customer service numerous times. The last time CS said it looked like my app was registered correctly and they would send my issue to their technical department. I have not heard back since, and they will not reply to my emails.
The message when I try to log on says, “Subscription Error” This content is only available with an active subscription.
I paid for this subscription on 8/3 when I ordered my Stride Treadmill. Haven’t used it once.
Terribly disappointed with the Echelon Fitness App and Echelon Customer Service!
