No thank you and never again.

I have not had a good experience all the way around. I have had issues with the software. Issues with customer service and finally issues with the bike itself becoming almost completely unusable after 2 years of moderate use.

I tried for a month

I tried for a month to fix my treadmill and it never worked. When I tried to return it echelon never said anything about a return. I had a message that they were dropping off another one which I denied only to find out that was a pick up for their defective machine. They never told me they scheduled a pick up. Horrible follow up.

I have had an issue

I have had an issue with my bike since Aug. 2022. I have been sent 6 different wrong pieces and I still have not received a response from my last inquiry. I was told the issue was being escalated.

Terrible Echelon Customer Service

The fitness app has not worked from day one. I have contacted customer service numerous times. The last time CS said it looked like my app was registered correctly and they would send my issue to their technical department. I have not heard back since, and they will not reply to my emails. The message when I try to log on says, “Subscription Error” This content is only available with an active subscription. I paid for this subscription on 8/3 when I ordered my Stride Treadmill. Haven’t used it once. Terribly disappointed with the Echelon Fitness App and Echelon Customer Service!

So disappointed

The package was damage. I have retired contacting your company several times to no avail. There are pieces missing and I get no answer. I have responded to all your emails and still nothing.
