horrible service

items returned are not credited back in a timely manner. had to dispute charge with credit card and finally contact BBB to get a resolution. customer service gives no information on when you will be reimbursed. there is no "escalation" they claim to use.

Horrible experience

The whole experience was mostly bad. When it came to little things they were fixed but when I asked where my product was they had no clue and wouldn’t issue a refund and when they finally did they wouldn’t tell me how long till I got my money back. They all said the same thing and no one helped no one called back no one cared to respond to emails. They all said the same thing they would send it to the higher ups and someone would call me within 48 hours. I was suppose to get a refund from what they said 7 to 10 days when I called on day 12 they told me it may take another 2 weeks or so! And to call back then…. I would have kept the product because I have used friends who got it from Costco but the customer service is so bad they it isn’t worth it.

Can not get my echelon

Can not get my echelon reflect to work.called and the y escalated call. No one called back. Pat husereau

Customer service/payment

I cancelled a two year subscription and switched to a monthly payment. After this cancellation Echelon proceeded to charge the entire two years and I am making monthly payments, so essentially I am paying double. I called and was told I would get a refund. While they charged me promptly, I am still waiting for that refund of nearly $800!
