I ordered your treadmill for my wife for Christmas. I paid for upgraded shipping to make sure it was delivered before Christmas. when it was not delivered I called to cancel the delivery and got her another gift. Your representative was very hard to understand. He assured me that a full refund would be returned to my credit card. The treadmill arrived in early January, over two weeks late. My wife has contacted you and requested a return. Your representative said they would schedule the pickup and refund. we have had no response about the return or refund. Customer service is terrible. I have never felt more attacked by a customer service rep. One rep literally changed how I view echelon as a company and I regret every second of my purchase of my row, bike, and mirror. I was going to buy the high end treadmill as well, but they lost my business . My machines are for sale on marketplace if anyone is interested.

We never got our rowing machine after calling and corresponding multiple times (>10) for 6 weeks. We could never get a clear response about whether it would ever arrive, so we had to cancel the order with our credit card when the bill was due.

Service is terrible I have a problem with trade-mill Since November of last year and up till now it has not been resolved even though i bought all your equipment connect bike ,Row machine and s5 trade-mill Unfortunately good product with a bad service

Purchased the rower with the belief that my tablet would connect via Bluetooth. But it doesn't. Customer service sent out hardware to be installed without instructions. Sent customer service an email and they replied saying a technician is supposed to install it and they'd get back to me about installation. That was a week ago! Would really like to use the rower with my tablet like advertised.
