Service was great! The product

Service was great! The product never worked from brand new! I even got a new screen to replace it. I ended up taking the bike back to Costco and I probably won’t ever buy your product again.

Terrible Experience with a New Bike that doesn’t Work!

This has been a terrible experience thus far. Three and a half weeks after ordering my bike, it still doesn’t work, I don’t have a replacement part yet, and I’ve been lied to multiple times by numerous customer service reps. It’s been disappointing to say the least. If the replacement part ever gets here and actually works, I would still never recommend anything due to how I have been treated and the lack of care by Echelon employees

Terrible Customer Service

I bought 2 seats. I need to return one bc the other was perfect. I put in a request before the 30 day window on 2/18. As of 3/30, I have had multiple messages back and forth, multiple phone calls, including one where the representative asked me if I could just sell it. My experience has been so bad trying to return one seat, I have returned the bike and will never purchase Echelon again. Still stuck with the seat I was trying to return.

I am STILL waiting for the representative to get a shipping update 4 months from my actual order and 2 weeks since she has been waiting to “hear from shipping”

Run!

Absolutely horrible to try and return an item. I have been trying for almost two months! It is like they just push you off and off and can never return.
