Terrible Experience with a New Bike that doesn’t Work!
This has been a terrible experience thus far. Three and a half weeks after ordering my bike, it still doesn’t work, I don’t have a replacement part yet, and I’ve been lied to multiple times by numerous customer service reps. It’s been disappointing to say the least. If the replacement part ever gets here and actually works, I would still never recommend anything due to how I have been treated and the lack of care by Echelon employees
