I was misled about the way the treadmill worked. Technical support is awful. None of them know how to service the product. I requested to return the treadmill and was told I had to pack it up. The information on how to get it back to echelon was unclear and conflicting. I will never buy anything from Echelon again.

Customer service was terrible. Nothing was resolved. The quality of the stride is extremely cheap, step counter and connection to app don't work, and the belt makes a grinding noise. When I asked to return the product I was told no. I will recommend that people do not order these products.

Service and Shipping are HORRIBLE! No one responds from Echelon. I paid extra for shipping and it took over three weeks. No one from Echelon would help me with my order.

I had an issue with my order that still hasn’t been resolved.

We have not been able to use all the bike and treadmill products because you can’t seem to merge my account with my husbands and I am not going to pay double. He pst s in December so we should both be able to log on
