Terrible customer service

I have been having problems with my bike since December I am unable to join on-demand classes I have talked with multiple customer service representatives and I get told they are going to help me yet when they can't figure it out they just stop responding so I reached out to the Facebook group and they said it was the monitor and sent me a new one it wasn't the monitor.then they said it was the speed sensor I assured them it was not the speed sensor and they finally agreed after sending one to me and said they have sent my request to thier team in Florida well that was two weeks ago and they still haven't got a response and my warranty is about to expire.i have lost out on over three months of classes I want to take I have wasted so much time with emails answering the same questions over and over to get no solution to my problem.

I bought a brand new

I bought a brand new echelon bike almost six months ago and still have not been able to use this. I’ve worked with customer service for several new replacement parts now and the bike is still is not working. The replacement parts are always on back order and take months to be delivered. Overall, very unsatisfied with Echelon. Would not recommend.

Worst ever!! Fuckn horrible service!!

Worst customer service ever. Sent me two treadmills, first failed out of the box. Second died after two weeks. Over two months of phone calls to get it fixed. Multiple emails with no response. When asking to talk to a manager each time I called got told they were on the phone. Every time. I do not recommend this product or company. Horrible experience. Had to pay someone to fix my treadmill cause I was sick of waiting to get help for a product that was covered under warranty for weeks and weeks with no response on when it would be fixed. Fucking ridiculous!!!!

It took several months to

It took several months to resolve the issue of clicking noise when rowing. They sent me a new seat. That was not the problem it was the hard white plastic rollers. I kept telling each of the CS people but no one was listening . Very poor customer service

Bad experience.

I had to fight to have my order shipped. The guy from the costumer service wasn't helpful. Finally, someone else took over and they shipped the item. I received it and it wasn't the good item. I never wrote back because my experience with you was terrible. No more echelon.
