Dismal failure

dismal, the bike has worked for exactly one week of the 8 weeks i’ve had it and now needs a service tech. echelon told me they would get back to me in 24-48 DAYS!!!! Wait, what?! that’s unheard of. if i had known of all these problems i would have returned the bike right away, now i’m stuck with the TOP OF THE LINE Echelon bike that doesn’t work and there’s no one to fix it.

The issue continues to occur, I have contacted service again and have not received a response, reached out on Facebook and don't seem to have any hope of getting this disconect issue solved

I love your equipment, I

I love your equipment, I do not love your customer support department. I have an echelon bike when the password would not work my husband reset it. it said it was expired so he purchased a new membership. I was ithen auto renewed for an additional plan. I also purchased a rower and somehow in that process have purchased another plan. I left a voicemail letting you guys know that I have now paid for three plans. I also sent two emails none of which have been responded to this was back in December and early January. Not happy.
