Dismal failure
dismal, the bike has worked for exactly one week of the 8 weeks i’ve had it and now needs a service tech. echelon told me they would get back to me in 24-48 DAYS!!!! Wait, what?! that’s unheard of. if i had known of all these problems i would have returned the bike right away, now i’m stuck with the TOP OF THE LINE Echelon bike that doesn’t work and there’s no one to fix it.
