Customer service tried to lie

Customer service tried to lie and say i didnt have an extended warranty. Then when they found out I did, they sent me a replacement belt and have still yet to contact me about scheduling a tech to come and replace it. I wouldnt recommend the company soley on the horrible customer service.

Return Issues

We have had two echelon bikes and both have the same issue with staying connected via Bluetooth. I called to get information on returning the bikes (we still have the first one that doesn't work) and asked to speak to a manager as I was outside of my 30 day window. I was told I couldn't be connected but she would have someone contact me to schedule a call.

My warranty issue is still not resolved and now I am unable to get a response to my ticket.

I’d give a zero if it was an option

I ordered my treadmill on 3/26/2023 and after a month of issues trying to get my discount applied and the shipping company losing the treadmill, the treadmill finally arrived on 4/28, but it didn’t work. It’s now 5/20 and it’s still doesn’t work. They mailed the part they thought was the issue, but a technician has never contacted me to install it. I activated my premium membership but can’t even use it with the treadmill. Frustrating. Echelon does not seem to care about good customer service or standing by their products.
