I’d give a zero if it was an option
I ordered my treadmill on 3/26/2023 and after a month of issues trying to get my discount applied and the shipping company losing the treadmill, the treadmill finally arrived on 4/28, but it didn’t work. It’s now 5/20 and it’s still doesn’t work. They mailed the part they thought was the issue, but a technician has never contacted me to install it. I activated my premium membership but can’t even use it with the treadmill. Frustrating. Echelon does not seem to care about good customer service or standing by their products.
