Absolutely horrific customer service. Paid for a treadmill 4 months ago. Delivered broken. SEVEN calls later and I still cannot get anyine to present a solution to fix it. I keep getting told it’s being “escalated” - which appears to be synonymous with “ignoring.” Email trail to prove it all. “You will get a response in 72 business hours. Nope - nothing. This is not even difficult btw. You delivered a broken product. Send a repair person out. Why is this even hard? This is perhaps to the point of criminal. You have my money. You sold me a product that is inoperable. Warranty calls go unanswered and unresolved. Just like this survey. It means nothing to echelon mgmt. Abhorrent customer care.

Possibly the worst customer service I have dealt with in my 42 years on this planet.

The machine itself is very nice but my experience with customer service was a complete joke. I hope I never need help again in the future. The treadmill came with the belt VERY loose. The tv part also would not connect. Honestly I’m surprised people have not seriously injured themselves on these machines. Good luck getting instructions on how to fix it. You would think a company that specializes in work out equipped would know how to fix a loose treadmill belt. Nope. Tried three times to get instructions no one had a single clue. I finally checked you tube and figured it out but I was very dissatisfied with the lack of response and care this company has about the safety of their machines. I will absolutely not buy from this company again or give them another cent for the subscription. I’m good with my podcasts, thank you. If you have any issues, do yourself a favor and figure it out yourself on YouTube. If left to echelon I’d still have a two thousand dollar machine sitting in my sunroom that was not usable and a danger. I do not know how this company hasn’t been sued yet.

Horrible Customer Service

I unfortunately never opened the box or had my bike assembled per my order agreement. Echelon customer service reps are liars and every time I called (4x) gave me false reassurance that a technician was coming to assemble my bike! THAT WAS NEVER WAS THE CASE! NO ASSEMBLER EVER CAME!! I spoke with a manager who claimed I never paid for the service, so I told him to do his job and review my order before making such claims. He saw that I did have assembly per everything paid but did nothing but agree that I should return the merchandise! Sad! I can't even tell you what it looks or feels like! FedEx picked up the package 8/31 and its been sitting over a week still not shipped back to Echelon's warehouse in Chattanooga TN. My entire experience has been disgusting!
