Possibly the worst customer service I have dealt with in my 42 years on this planet.
The machine itself is very nice but my experience with customer service was a complete joke. I hope I never need help again in the future. The treadmill came with the belt VERY loose. The tv part also would not connect. Honestly I’m surprised people have not seriously injured themselves on these machines. Good luck getting instructions on how to fix it. You would think a company that specializes in work out equipped would know how to fix a loose treadmill belt. Nope. Tried three times to get instructions no one had a single clue. I finally checked you tube and figured it out but I was very dissatisfied with the lack of response and care this company has about the safety of their machines. I will absolutely not buy from this company again or give them another cent for the subscription. I’m good with my podcasts, thank you. If you have any issues, do yourself a favor and figure it out yourself on YouTube. If left to echelon I’d still have a two thousand dollar machine sitting in my sunroom that was not usable and a danger. I do not know how this company hasn’t been sued yet.
