Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life so far and I am 76 years old.
The Stride 5S was delivered 9 days ago, the deliverer attempted to put it together and did not have the expertise to finish the set up.
They said someone would come finish the set up - that was 9 days ago and 3 more calls to customer service telling me that my request for installment has been EXPEDITED.
Now I have a partially installed treadmill for 9 days and payment is being asked for.
I need a call from someone in authority at Echelon, maybe CEO Lou Lentine.
Either finish the install SOON or pick it up and reimbursement the payment.
