Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life so far and I am 76 years old. The Stride 5S was delivered 9 days ago, the deliverer attempted to put it together and did not have the expertise to finish the set up. They said someone would come finish the set up - that was 9 days ago and 3 more calls to customer service telling me that my request for installment has been EXPEDITED. Now I have a partially installed treadmill for 9 days and payment is being asked for. I need a call from someone in authority at Echelon, maybe CEO Lou Lentine. I wish I would have never tried Echelon, just buy the peloton

Website was fine, customer service and fixing a mistake seemed to not be a priority so in turn you just lost a customer. It’s was much quicker to return the treadmill then to get a part to fix the broken one that was delivered and never worked. As a company it’s incredibly silly to work like that. I purchased a tread from a different company and am so much happier. Some things workout like they are supposed to. The price was good, shipping was fast and delivery was perfect. It was customer service processes that need to be addressed in your company. Since I had the broken tread delivered I got two weeks of run around on how soon I’d get a monitor that worked. No one could give me answers. Instead I then asked after two weeks of waiting for the tread to be returned- was completed in the same week from request to pick up. How does that make sense as a company decision? I’m just glad my experience with echelon is over!

You Suck

I brought the reflect exercise mirror in June, I can not connect it to my phone. The app says it's not compatible with my phone because my phone is to new. I have Called customer service 4 time . I was told there would be an email and a call. I have received neither. What I have received is constant emails about my payment being updated for 399.00 for the year. The mirror came with a 30 day trail I have not been able to use. I was assured that it would be extended and that hasn't happened as of yet we are now in August. you guys suck.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE

I ordered a treadmill and was extremely excited to receive it as I got it on sale during the Memorial Day sale. I waited from mid-May until July 3rd for it to be “lost in transit” and delayed again. After the several customer service calls throughout the 2 months I waited no one could give me a straight answer about when I would receive it and after it was lost in transit there was no answer to when I would be sent a replacement so I eventually canceled almost 3 months after placing my order.
