I am very disappointed with Echelon and will never purchase another product from you. It's a shame because the bike is great and the classes are great. The app could be a little better, but for the most part I am thrilled with my Echelon experience. Except, my dealings with your customer service department have been horrible. Therefore, I am telling everyone I know to get a Peloton instead.

The ordering process was easy, but product did not appear until nearly a month from order date. The service I ordered (bring item in and set up) was not honored and the product was damaged. It took 3 different customer service reps to actually get someone competent enough to initiate the return.

Will never do business with Echelon again. Failed to deliver for months finally had to dispute the credit card charge to get it removed. Support was awful. Delivery company awful. Did I mention the company is awful? Please save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

I don't think I've ever worked with a group with worse customer support. I don't want anything to do with Echelon Fit ever again.
