Ordered the stride and waited for 1 month for nothing

I have never done business with a worse company.!! I have had an Echelon treadmill in my home since the beginning of September. IT DOES NOT WORK!! We have communicated this fact numerous times. When you finally get around to contacting us, we find ourselves talking to someone from India or the Philippines who tells us they have to refer our problem to a higher level (several times this has happened.) What happens at the higher level...ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Now I am going to take it to a higher level...either fix the machine or remove it from my house immediately and return my money. If you do not, I will sue you and scrap the machine. In addition, we will use Instagram, Facebook, and whatever other means of communication available to spread the story of our experience as widely as possible.

I paid for service and never got to use the service.

Shipping time is horrible, almost 2 months in and still haven’t received my order.

Currently being strung along through quite possibly the worst backorder experience I’ve ever had. Item has been marked as shipped for two weeks and still little to no updates. Truly disappointed and regret ordering this treadmill. Now I need to wait until it magically shows up before I get a refund back to my credit card. Thanks guys!
