Terrible service all the way around. Never received my tread, after saying it was being delivered multiple days over several weeks. Had to get my credit card involved to refund the order. Will never purchase anything from this company.

The OD music selection is absolutely awful & makes is very difficult to ride!!! Up until this change I was quite satisfied with the bike/experience & had recommended it to the others.

The app is absolute garbage and the customer experience when trying to get help from Echelon to resolve the connectivity issues is about the worst I’ve ever had. The machine we bought is fine, seems to be nicely built and functions as intended. Just wish there was a different company running the show.

Hope you're enjoying my $1200, it misses my bank account. It's been over 2 months and still no treadmill. Hope it shows up soon, or maybe I should just go to walmart and buy one and then dispute the transaction with my credit card company. At least the bike I bought a couple of years ago from them is still holding up.

There's hardly anything one the app as far as classes, on demand or otherwise.
