Took forever for the person to respond. I would answer the question and she would respond 4-5 min later. A lot of what I told her she wasn't listening. Was horrible and didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

When ordering my treadmill I order the “white glove delivery “. This was for delivery to room of my choice and set up. When it was delivered the company said we don’t do the set up. Then tried to get me to sign a form waiving the set up. I also noticed I sticky note on their paperwork that said no set up. Why do they need a note saying no set up if they never do the set up? So then I called echelon. They said sorry for the inconvenience someone will contact you in 48 to 72 hours. A week later no one had called. Complete garbage. This delivery charge was not cheap.

The wire that controls the speed was severed when the delivery company put the treadmill together, there is no replacement part available, therefore, echelon stated they would send a new treadmill, which wasn’t in stock. The company has had my money since September, and I am stuck with a treadmill that won’t work. Delivery company came to pick up the treadmill, and wouldn’t come down my driveway because they said they needed more guys. That was on November 10. I would not recommend this company.

Bought a treadmill for my wife Echelons Delivery guy wasn’t able to get the unit up into the room I needed it in. Hired a local guy at my expense to move after three no returned calls from the shipper. Unboxed the unit and it has a white stain on the treadmill and the area where the treadmill is “ glued together” is rough ( see pics) and Echelon promised a replacement. Haven’t heard back in 3 weeks. Oh and my wife received a shock when first using it…… we don’t use it anymore. Step up Echelon and replace the treadmill running area. Please

Ordered the treadmill, no communication for over a month, contacted customer service multiple times, was promised that product has shipped, which of course has not happened. After two and a half months I cancelled the order. Echelon oversold the product, took money for free use.
