What a terrible experience

I cant review your treadmill because I never received it. the company FED EX that YOU hired to deliver it wanted to deliver it to a public garage. When I told them I was HANDICAPPED and I have my 18 Month old grand child and I couldn't lift it if I wanted to the guy hung up on me. Then he called me back and I told him to return it I cant lift it. THEN they FED EX sends me a bill for $200.00 delivery charge. so what do I think of. your machine ... IT SUCKS AND I AM OUT OF 200 BUCKS FOR NOTHING.

Horrible Customer Service

No one responded to my emails no one answered my numerous emails to the customer service desk. All they had to do was simply answer me. I am not someone who complains about anything. This experience was one of my worst and I will never purchase echelon equipment again!

We have yet again come

We have yet again come to a wall, no one offers assistance or solutions. We have returned faulty equipment and are still 3 weeks later waiting for a refund and being contracted to make additional payments on returned equipment. Your staff is less than helpful and we have logged a dispute with citizens financial. I am only grateful we did not purchase equipment outright. If this issue is not resolved in a timely manner or should my husbands credit be effected in any way I will file an FCRA lawsuit and log complaints with the CFPB. Do better!!!!

Pay the extra and go with Peloton

The support team does not follow through with what they say they will do. The customer has to do everything and keep following up otherwise nothing gets done. Pay the extra money and go with Peloton. They actually value the customer.
