The mirror arrived broken it was easy to process the return but then nothing. Waited over 30 days and still no replacement. Called customer service spoke to Simeon twice and he said he could not authorize a return he could only send an email. Second time I spoke to him I thought I was talking to my 5 yr old absolutely no comprehension on how to speak to a customer. I would never buy from this company!!!!!

Overpriced membership that just isn't that good, just want to exercise and use equipment without all the hassle or expense

Customer service was terrible. No people to assemble or fix equipment. This company is a no go for me. You've been warned. Stay far away from echelon .
