I ordered a treadmill, it was delivered damaged so I refused it. They have yet to schedule another delivery. Disappointed with the experience even though I know they can't control what happens in the delivery process.

I’m still waiting on answer regarding the soundbar, Elizabeth said it would be a few more days due to high volume camera and it probably been at least 2 weeks now.

Have been lied to by customer service and sales at least a half a dozen times.
BY far the WORST customer relation of any company I have dealt with in last decade.
This company should really focus of their money on making commercials and more on making the public want to do business with them.
