Terrible customer service, didn’t deliver in home or assemble when it was paid for

After paying for delivery and assembly my treadmill was left on a pallet in the box outside of my home for 1.5 weeks before I got a message saying "no assemblers are in your area, we will refund" I live in northeast NJ…one of the most populated areas of the country. Now I have a 400lb treadmill sitting outside with no way to bring it in....echelon offered nothing in reimbursement for this. Horrible customer service and will leave you with a problem you were not anticipating. Go with another company that actually follows through on what they are selling.

Frustrated because we’re still waiting on an install

Paid $200 for someone to install our bike and we’re still waiting. They said they put in an order but we have yet to hear from anyone. Would love to use the bike instead of it sitting in a box forever!

Customer service and premium delivery?

I paid for premium delivery and assembly- got equipment dumped on driveway by Fed Ex. It took a month to get tech to set up (which was a result of Michael, a stateside rep arranging). Now I can use either piece of equipment bc Echelon is forcing purchase of the app membership. I purchased open box so I would NOT have to purchase this. So I've waited a month to have it assembled and now have to purchase a membership to use it. Also, call center customer service is terrible!

Echelon is always stealing money

Echelon is always stealing money from me. They always charge me for another month of membership before I’ve ever even bought one. And when they “correct” it, they only cancel my current monthly membership that I did pay for. They will cancel it 2 weeks early! And I’m still waiting for the money back for the month that was never bought. Den of thieves.

Bike Returned / Never Got to Use It (Bad Customer Seevice)

I was excited for my bike. I chose in home premium delivery and assembly ($299+), the bike came via FedEx who just put it by my garage. I called and emailed Echelon, they were not able to tell me when they can get the bike scheduled for assembly and/or if I can get a partial refund for the delivery charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was told there was none, and no one could tell me when they would schedule the assembly (2 weeks after delivery, the bike sitting in a box, and hours in the phone) Easiest thing was to return the bike via FedEx pickup and go with a reliable brand with reliable customer service, imagine if the bike would have some sort of issue down the road, I wouldn’t have the piece of mind of dealing with a reliable company.
