Bike Returned / Never Got to Use It (Bad Customer Seevice)
I was excited for my bike. I chose in home premium delivery and assembly ($299+), the bike came via FedEx who just put it by my garage. I called and emailed Echelon, they were not able to tell me when they can get the bike scheduled for assembly and/or if I can get a partial refund for the delivery charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was told there was none, and no one could tell me when they would schedule the assembly (2 weeks after delivery, the bike sitting in a box, and hours in the phone) Easiest thing was to return the bike via FedEx pickup and go with a reliable brand with reliable customer service, imagine if the bike would have some sort of issue down the road, I wouldn’t have the piece of mind of dealing with a reliable company.
