peloton is worth the extra $$

There is no capability of reaching a stateside employee and timely responses are a challenge. The tech Echelon sent was excellent, however the handle to adjust tension or stop doesn't work. I will mow have to request a refund. Very disappointing

Don’t buy from Echelon! Don’t get stuck!

I have had only a bad experience. I have tried to call, email and live chat with customer service and still have not connected with anyone or gotten any help. I followed the instructions and scanned the QR code to begin. It’s not a good link. I then went through to set up my equipment manually. I cannot get the Reflect to connect to heart rate monitor, don’t have any sound, cannot connect to the app and will not add my account. Basically I have had a big fashion mirror because I have yet to be able to workout and it’s been 31 days. I tried calling for a return authorization 52 hours ago. No one answered, no call back, no email. It’s now past my 30 day window to return this terrible mirror. So unhappy with this purchase that I wasted my money on.

I love the bike but

I love the bike but the customer service is terrible, i contacted them almost a month ago and they still have not given me a resolution. I emailed them and i called them, the second time i called them, the lady on the phone said she was gonna get back to me within a couple of days and its been over 2 weeks now.

Cracked Reflect 50

I received My Reflect 50. I bought it as a Cbristmas present for my wife. When we opened on Christmas morning, there is a crack on top left corner tracking down the left side. I immediately sent am email and picture of the damage. I received a computer generated email in response and no communication since. I Sent a separate email to my salesperson and still no interaction or resolve. At this point, I want to just return the item and get a refund. It's not due to the item, its due to the poor customer service that has been given or lack there of. When I was looking to buy, customer service was good, but once I made purchase and have an issue, customer service has vanished. Not a good way to do business at all. I can't review the item because I never go to use it. It may very well be a great product, but I can't speak on it.
