Bike is not working

I payed 300 dollars for a premium delivery and set up. The men showed up 3 hours late. They completely failed to set the up bike properly. They told my mother the bike needed to charge before turning on and left. When I checked the bike in the morning I noticed the monitor will not turn on and the pedals are locked in place. I called customer service and they told me to fix it my self. I asked for this matter to be escalated and it’s been 2 weeks with no call back. Terrible experience, I wish I never ordered from this company.

I unbox my treadmill and

I unbox my treadmill and it was damage on each side. I purchase it online for my wife Christmas present and as of today we have NOT use it because I can not find no serial number that is required to finish the app. I called customer service be NO corrective action yet. I paid a lot of money for something I can not use.😡😡😡

Dishonest ordering process

Free shipping is advertised on the website when ordering connected devices however I was charged 200$ for shipping. Spoke directly to customer service agent who told me that they were not offering free shipping. I provided proof of the continuing free shipping incentive advertised on their website . I was told in early December that my request was being elevated to the next level of supervision however over a month later, no follow up communication has come from the Echelon team. I have reached out another 5 times and have yet to receive a response.

Fix my treadmill!!!!

I have already provided a review at least twice now, but can’t get any response to my case 1360752….PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE BRAND NEW TREADMILL I PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO…PLEASE!!!!!!
