I payed 300 dollars for a premium delivery and set up. The men showed up 3 hours late. They completely failed to set the up bike properly. They told my mother the bike needed to charge before turning on and left. When I checked the bike in the morning, I noticed the monitor will not turn on and the pedals are locked in place. I called customer service and they told me to fix it my self. I asked for this matter to be escalated and it’s been 3 weeks with no call back. I called back every 4-5 days and they keep telling me they are waiting on their team to finish looking into the matter. Terrible experience, I wish I never ordered from this company.

Brand new bike out of the box didn't work at all.

I love the bike, but the customer service is horrible. I had to call six times to try and schedule someone to come and put my bike together. It never happened, I got tired of waiting and did it myself. I was supposed to receive a refund, but I haven't seen or heard from customer service.

I had an issue with the unit in my second use. Customer service was not helpful, and seemed to be more concerned with closing their service case than actually resolving it. Not a great experience.

The treadmill we ordered was delivered 6 weeks after we ordered it and then it did not work. The company picked it up 4 weeks later instead of attempting to fix the issues by sending a technician. We learned that the treadmill was going to the trash because it was more expensive to send back. Also, despite me communicating with customer service to warn them about the issues and the inability to use the membership, we continued to see charges in my account. My wish for this company that has a good premise and seems like a promising product, to get better and deliver equipment that actually works.
