Customer Service
Customer service is horrible. I have just purchased my second bike in five years. I upgraded in big part because I wanted a larger screen and the music was no longer playing on my Android tablet. I was told they were working on it. That was two months ago. My new bike came in and was damaged. A broken panel, the tension knob was not working correctly and I was only able to see about 6 rides. They are unwilling to send a technician out to fix my bike, instead they were giving me videos and instructions on how to take apart my bike and repair it myself. I am not an echelon technician I am a paying customer.
