Terrible customer service and quality product.

I received a defective and poorly manufactured treadmill that wasn’t assembled correctly and buttons not glued properly. There was no apparent quality control. I don’t know how they can ship such a poor product out. I tried to return the defective unit but am still waiting for shipping company to come pick it up. It’s been almost 10 days now. The company won’t ship a new unit out until they receive the defective unit that was their fault they decided to ship out in the first place. I’m asking for a refund now instead. I’m done with echelon

Customer Service

Customer service is horrible. I have just purchased my second bike in five years. I upgraded in big part because I wanted a larger screen and the music was no longer playing on my Android tablet. I was told they were working on it. That was two months ago. My new bike came in and was damaged. A broken panel, the tension knob was not working correctly and I was only able to see about 6 rides. They are unwilling to send a technician out to fix my bike, instead they were giving me videos and instructions on how to take apart my bike and repair it myself. I am not an echelon technician I am a paying customer.

My delivery experience

My delivery experience and customer service experience was the worst. I actually called and requested a refund after not receiving tracking information and not receiving feedback from my request but the equipment was delivered anyway.

Seat very uncomfortable

The seat is very uncomfortable and has made it unattractive for me to be interested in working out. I regret buying the Bike. I should have gone for a treadmill.
