Very little Live classes

There aren't near as many live classes (or on demand) as advertised. There's 1 live class per week if I'm lucky. I don't know why nothing is available!

Issues, no help

First treadmill shipped and cancelled without warning, second was processed as a warranty and didn’t include setup. Was told I’d get an email for a tech to come resolve and have not - good luck getting someone on the phone to help, don’t text either. Instagram seemed to reply but I didn’t get the follow up they promised either. If I don’t have a tech out soon I’m just going to return this. Happy to take money immediately but don’t care after that - disappointing for how many other brands are competitive.

Like pulling teeth trying to get help

I bought a brand new. When I got it, the right pedal would make a clunking noise at the bottom. I asked to return it and get a new one, and they refused. I kept being told it had to go to the escalation department and they would email me. After three weeks of not being able to use it I got fed up and demanded it be returned. I just ordered another one then. Horrible customer service.

Service Issues

I reached out to customer service per my new Stairmill was faulty on 2/3/24. The steps started grinding, and I flipped the machine over and the guide rails had dropped and the bottom of the unit was chipping off with every step. I sent pictures in and was told I would be emailed back. I followed up on 2/6 and no response. It took over a month to ship, I have been able to use it twice and now it's a waiting game to get it replaced with a warranty. I have made (3) of the payments so far with a week of use. I am currently Echelon's Anytime Fitness Corporate representative and had always had great experiences with product and services, so I am hoping this gets resolved soon.

Still dont have a working treadmill

This is not the agents fault but we bought a treadmill in November and it has NEVER WORKED! We’ve called a dozen times, been sent 5 handle bars, told it would be escalated and no one calla back or it gets escalated. Im going to submit a claim with my credit card.
