Service Issues
I reached out to customer service per my new Stairmill was faulty on 2/3/24. The steps started grinding, and I flipped the machine over and the guide rails had dropped and the bottom of the unit was chipping off with every step. I sent pictures in and was told I would be emailed back. I followed up on 2/6 and no response. It took over a month to ship, I have been able to use it twice and now it's a waiting game to get it replaced with a warranty. I have made (3) of the payments so far with a week of use. I am currently Echelon's Anytime Fitness Corporate representative and had always had great experiences with product and services, so I am hoping this gets resolved soon.
