Didn’t work

The treadmill wasn’t finished yet. Didn’t have the slot for the safety key. First they didn’t send the power cord. Had to wait a week. Finally received and was ready to use. Realized they didn’t send the safety key or safety strap. Waited a week. Finally received only to discover they had not installed the opening for the safety key. Called Echelon to come pick up. They wanted to send me a new console for me to install. I said no!! Returned.

Quality of equipment is poor.

Quality of equipment is poor. The system does not work as expected. No app updates and the timing function does not work. When I send requests to customer service I get blanket responses for another piece of equipment. It’s either AI or poorly trained representatives. Fix your technical side.

Terrible experience

What a terrible experience. Was supposed to arrive by Christmas...it didn't. When it did it showed up without a monitor. Waited on hold for 45 mins, then they sent a monitor. Monitor has different plugs than the treadmill....another 40 mins on hold. They sent an email for bypassing the plugs, (Bluetooth)but the monitor doesn't fit the bracket. Clearly the wrong monitor.....this has been a nightmare...Already own a Peleton bike, really regretting not buying a Peleton treadmill....this company should be ashamed of their performance.
