Still can’t update my monitor. What am I paying for? This sucks. Why did I pay this much ?

I’ve been trying to get my brand new machine that arrived broken fixed for over two months and have gotten absolutely no help at all. “We’re busy” and your issue is “escalated” is basically the BS answer I’m getting. Meanwhile I have a paperweight sitting in my house cause it’s a piece of junk.

The app doesn't work with the rower. The rower has issues with updating and connecting to the internet

Horrible customer service. Won’t respond to emails. Haven’t responded to an email about a problem I’m having. Been over a month. Do yourself a favor and do not buy echelon.

Horrible customer service! Tried calling many times and not once was i able to get through. My husband even tried calling and messaging as well and same thing! No type of response.
