My experience

Just awful! I purchased a treadmill and rower. I paid for the set up. It sat in my home for 4-5 weeks and nothing. Finally had you pick up the equipment because you said there was no one in my area to put them together. Why didn’t you tell me that before I purchased them.?

Terrible customer service, bike sent broken

Wow what an AWFUL experience. A lot of these reviews must be paid for because there is no way . The better business bereau rates them as a 1 star and it should be a zero. I was sent a damage bike, clearly damaged in production. It took them 8-10 days to even get back to me about the bike no one calls back unless you yell and scream I finally gave up on getting a new bike and asked for a refund. It then took 30 days for them to send an empty box back, no they don’t send a team they expect you to disable the bike and pack it yourself in a flimst box. Mind you the bike is so heavy. This was an awful experience, almost 45 days later and I still don’t have an answer from the “supervisors” I still don’t have my refund. Go get a peloton. This bike is awful and the company is even worse

Equipment issues…no fix

Bought a new rower. Has app and connection issues. Was told there was no timeline on repair and to wait.
