Terrible customer service, bike sent broken
Wow what an AWFUL experience. A lot of these reviews must be paid for because there is no way . The better business bereau rates them as a 1 star and it should be a zero. I was sent a damage bike, clearly damaged in production. It took them 8-10 days to even get back to me about the bike no one calls back unless you yell and scream I finally gave up on getting a new bike and asked for a refund. It then took 30 days for them to send an empty box back, no they don’t send a team they expect you to disable the bike and pack it yourself in a flimst box. Mind you the bike is so heavy. This was an awful experience, almost 45 days later and I still don’t have an answer from the “supervisors” I still don’t have my refund. Go get a peloton. This bike is awful and the company is even worse
