The app required to use any and all of your products is the worst and least functional piece of software I've ever had the misfortune of using more than once. No one should buy your products if this is how they're forced to use them. Contract with a third party if you can't create a decent app or just stop building equipment that requires an external app to be used at all.

I have an echelon but did not purchase from you. I want to try the fitness app for rides for my bike. I cannot even get a free trial or a monthly subscription have to pay annually.

Bike won’t update. Called echelon and they said they don’t know when it will be fixed.

I accidentally ordered 2 tried to cancel immediately but was told their system wouldn't allow that. They sent both items I refused one, they tried to send again and then I was done with this company so I send the other one back and now I'm being told they didn't receive it. Oh yeah to top it off I am still being charged monthly for an account I never used and am unable to login to stop the reoccurring payments.

App still not working. :-(
