Still have not gotten my issues resolved

No support from customer service. Refer to my review of the Stair Climber Sport.

My experience was awful. After purchasing the treadmill and rower, it sat in my home for over a month before they told me no one was available to set up these two items for me. I should have been told that before I purchased them.

This has to be one of my worst purchases that I can remember. An absolutely horrible product. I can’t stress that enough. It’s ruined exercising for me.
