Echelon has a poor and
Echelon has a poor and negative support system to troubleshoot their equipment. As a result, I am stuck a lower IOS and my row machine is unable to accept updates pushed because of this. I have tried all recommendations found on reddit, Google, and echelon help page and nothing will fix the update problem.
After requesting help with echelon support, I am unable to provide proof 9f purchase (even though I registered my system in my name) they will not support with the probelm. I highly recommend staying away from echelon equipment due to support issues and security if the system will not accept updates.
