I purchased my bike on a Black Friday deal that was supposed to include a speaker and mat, but I was charged full price for both items. I emailed about the situation but have yet to get my refund. Feel like I was scammed a bit. Request # 1088327

I love the rower machine its fantastic. My only issue is, to get my rower, i paid for a 2 year membership, but it won't allow me to use the app for it, no exercise programs of any kind, says I need to have a membership.....isn't that what I paid for? In advance no less?

No experience available as both of our rowers broke after a couple of uses.

Will never buy from this site AGAIN!
