I had to return the

I had to return the equipment when it was delivered as the box was severely damaged. It had a large tear across the middle, so much so that you could see inside the box; and the corners were crushed as though it had been dropped. Customer service confirmed the equipment was received by your warehouse but I have not received a replacement, a refund, nor a response to follow up emails. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Severely disappointed!

No one gets back to me

I’ve been calling for weeks because my tablet isn’t connecting to WiFi or to my bike. They keep telling me that someone from tech support will call me back. Nothing.
