I had to return the equipment when it was delivered as the box was severely damaged. It had a large tear across the middle, so much so that you could see inside the box; and the corners were crushed as though it had been dropped. Customer service confirmed the equipment was received by your warehouse but I have not received a replacement, a refund, nor a response to follow up emails. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Severely disappointed!
