Wife called Echelon customer service

Wife called Echelon customer service to ask about bolt sizes for a mirror and she was asked to provide all kinds of prooff of purchase just to get her question answered. And the wife still never received the information we needed for the bolts for the mirror. Just an overall bad customer service experience.

Packaging was horrible, all torn up. Product had broken parts that are not replaceable. Very disappointing.

Over charged, then took weeks

Over charged, then took weeks to correct. I still have a bill from FedEx. Login I paid for, didn’t work, so I had to create a new one. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone.
