There was never any live classes for exercise bike or on demand classes.

POOR customer service

Bought a new (defective) Echelon bike. To date I did receive the replacement part but NO tech installation of same despite numerous phone calls/emails to tech support. POOR customer service!!!

Treadmill not installed - waiting for resolution a month on

While the purchase portion was easy and customer service was very helpful with ordering m, it’s been over a month (ordered on 7/1 and it’s now 8/3) and the treadmill I purchased is sitting in pieces in my bedroom. The delivery was scheduled twice, once a no show and the second only one person came and they dumped the treadmill in my bedroom and left claiming they couldn’t put it together alone. Still waiting for echelon customer service to resolve this.

I WAS ORIGINALLY HAPPY THAT THEY WERE ACCOMODATING DUE TO THE FEW SMALL ISSUE I HAD WITH THE PRODUCT. I DID SUBMIT A RETURN OF THE PRODUCT DUE TO I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH THE FEATURES IT CAME WITH AND WOULD PREFER THE LOWER MODEL. THEY AGREED TO DO A FULL REFUND SO I COULD THEN PURCHADE THE TREAD MILL I PREFERED. THE TREAD MILL WAS PICKED UP 14 BUSINESS DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. I DID CALL AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON DAY 10 AND THEY STATED IT SOMETIMES TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE. IT HAS NOW BEEN BEYOND THAT AND I HAVE HAS NO RESPONSE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER PAYMENT WHEN I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT AT ALL AT THIS TIME. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMMUNICATION AFTER TRYING TO RETURN MY PRODUCT.
