Echelon Fit software is terrible.

The treadmill works fine but the calibration is way off. A 3 mile shows as a 5 mile run at a way faster pace than I run.

All I want is a treadmill I can manually set for time/distance and incline... It's a nightmare to do this, navigating the messages to signup.

Music change and software issues continue to worsen the workout experience. Indie hits is a fake term for playing cheaper muzak by unknown artists. I hate every on demand class even with great instructors due to the terrible playlists.

The first treadmill shipped to me was damaged during shipment. The communication and any updates from the company on happened because I kept reaching out for information. Finally a second treadmill was shipped. After 3 weeks of no tracking information because DHL said it wasn’t in their system when I was told it was as in their care, I finally just cancelled the purchase. My experience with Echelon felt like a scam. I would not purchase from Echelon in the future. I’m sure there are a lot of positive experiences but mine was not. Thank you.
