Almost chose "Terrible" and it would have been justified.

From the moment I ordered my treadmill to the moment it was installed was almost exactly ONE MONTH. Treadmill was ordered a week before Christmas and was ready to be delivered the Friday beforehand (12/22). Without typing a novel, Echelon & its 3rd party delivery service both fumbled the delivery and installation windows, resulting in me holding an extremely large treadmill in my garage. The best thing I did was not starting my 1 year service, which I imagine would have been very frustrating getting it pro-rated to start the day it actually was installed if I did. Why not Terrible? The actual treadmill as of right now is very solid and will hopefully fit my needs and goals.

Music

I have used Echelon for years. From nearly the very beginning I have subscribed. Love the instructors and community. Sadly, they decided to change the music. Quality has plummeted.

my bluetooth broken down and I order new bluetooth but you sent wrong part. 3 month no one solve problem for me
