Treadmill doesn’t work correctly

The treadmill shuts off during the middle of programs. Also heart monitor does not read all it does is load.

Issues with EX-5s-22

I have had my bike for 29 days and every single session freezes up half way through..every time. All Firmwares are up to date and restarted the system several times each time we tried to use it.

Echelon Stride 6-S

I am so very confused by this treadmill. It's annoying to try to do a free run through the APP on the screen. The time elapsed on the digital reader just says APP even when you're not using the screen so it is impossible to time your runs. When the APP is open the time is extremely small and annoying to locate on the screen. Also, the calories burnt on the screen and the digital reader do not match. I have limited time to mess around with this. I work 2 jobs and have a family. I purchased this to be able to just jump on and run when I have a free hour and can't make it to the gym but that is finding to be difficult. I use my phone as a timer and don't trust the distance or the calories calculated. I need to contact the customer service for support but haven't found the time. A treadmill should be very basic. I just want to jump on and run and see at least my elapsed time and be able to trust the recorded information. I am wishing I would have just spent the money and went with the Peloton Treadmill, I have the bike and the set up and follow along has been a lot easier. This really wasn't a big deal to me, but I had to contact customer service during set up because the QR code provided on the treadmill and in the manual was for the stationary bike, not the treadmill. Typing this out now I guess the correct manual may have been beneficial maybe I wouldn't be so lost on something that should be so basic. Considering a return.

Buggy software and not enough live classes

Overall the experience has been mixed. When everything is working and the courses are live it is great. However for over a week now we have been unable to use many features because of a widespread software updating issue. There has also been other problems in the past (lack of music etc). In addition while the instructors are great and I enjoy the live classes there are very few of them.

Sofware won't stay loaded

every time I get the system up and running it shuts down about 30 seconds after the class starts. I have to re-sign into the WIFI and start the whole process over. there is no weekend support so no way for me to be with the machine to trouble shoot since it is at our weekend house. You have to sign up for and buy the system to buy the machine, but then the software wont work!
