Terrible Update Process

Unable to update treadmill firmware. Keep receiving "new update available" message!

Software issues persist, it constantly asks me to update the software but the update constantly fails. And now, it seems the battery in the handle wears out within a few months, since I had to replace the battery when I first got it, and now again, to get the resistance to increase. Too many issues.

Not tracking class completion.

It's hit or miss if the app will register the class completion. I've had classes and scenic rows not show as completed when I've rowed from beginning to end.

uneven experience. their website cannot

uneven experience. their website cannot be trusted for accuracy when reviewing product specifications (eg Echelon Stride 6S is listed as being able to fold down to 10". Only on assembly (by me) it is realized that the this particular Stride 6S is RIGID; early versions fold nearly flat to 10". this just a case example (see next point) software: again the website promises intuitive software. however, the reality is that the software has been glitchy since 2020, and the customer service support requires customers to do a LOT of troubleshooting when bugs pop up. Daily, we use the Echelon bike 5S. We are on the phone to reset the software 3x a week, minimum. customer service wants to be helpful, but they don't have the details or the solutions.

Poor Service

When unpacking our treadmill, we noticed that there were several broken pieces of plastic from the frame around the wheels. I reached out to customer service and 4 weeks later we are still waiting for a response.
