Treadmill
The first delivery of the machine was damaged. I had to refuse the delivery. The second shipment took weeks to arrive. I had to keep checking the status. During each interaction with customer service regarding my status, they would try to sell me another product like their water bottle. I had received the equipment and yet they are upselling to me and not really focusing on the reason for me reaching out. It was super annoying.
The machine arrived last Friday and although I signed up for someone to assemble the machine, I have yet to hear from Echelon as to when someone will be coming to assemble the treadmill.
I did receive some free things for the first damage equipment inconvenience but my overall experience is poor. The communication is poor from purchase to delivery. I kept having to reach customer service and now today, I need to reach customer service to see when someone will come to assemble the treadmill.
I am looking forward to using the equipment.
