1. Doesn't stay connected to

1. Doesn't stay connected to wifi and doesn't recognize wifi -- even though it says it's connected. 2. Not easy to navigate to just star a manual workout. Some of us don't want to do a class all the time, or have a bunch of junk on a screen -- we just want to hop on, hit start, adjust the incline or speed and go. 3. Wife likes it, doesn't love it. Since we live in Montana and have to workout indoors many months out of the year, that's the only reason this thing hasn't gone on marketplace (and we've only had it for a couple months).

Used to be great, not so much now

I have been with Echelon for almost 4 years! During that time I've seen the quality of the music go WAY down. Whatever deal echelon booked with Feed.FM is a mistake. The variety of classes has also decreased. When I joined members used to be able to go to the studio if they were in the area. But now, nope, only for member appreciation' weeks which are a lottery system. No thanks. The CEO is too busy trying to get his name in the press and has no concern for user/member experience. What a shame.

App won't update, support is slow

So I purchased both the rower and tread and initially both wouldn't update the app and I couldn't access the classes (even though I am paying monthly). They eventually had a fix for the rower, but the treadmill still hasn't got the update and I still can't access the classes. It's been 4 months... The equipment itself is solid, but without the classes that I pay for i can't give a better review.

Firmware Issue

The updates on the firmware are not implementing properly.
