After a promising start still haven’t received the machine after 2 months

Received the box with missing parts. Has been four weeks and still haven’t been able to use it

Customer service is very poor. They were not able to help with my issue concerning calibration.

Bike often disconnects mid ride and I have to unplug the bike, then plug it back in or it won’t even find the bike again.

Until the connectivity issue is resolved, only two stars. Machine performs as described.
