I love the bike and instructors but the customer service department needs a lot of work.

OK but crashes frequently

Have had issues with my bike restarting. Makes it frustrating when I'm in the middle of an on demand class. Would at least like to be able to fast forward to where I left off so I can continue my class without starting from the beginning.

Unfortunately the live classes didn’t

Unfortunately the live classes didn’t always fit in my schedule so i opted for on demand. Also, the classes were very to leaderboard focused. Got very distracting when i want to ride just for myself. Opted to save $30/month and get Apple Fitness+.

Annoying there was an issue

Annoying there was an issue with payment when I’ve had my membership for 3 years! You could have notified us, but no I thought there were no classes for days! You need better instructors, and times It’s so boring anymore! The times are awful and not many to choose from! All the hood instructors with a lot of energy are all leaving It’s like a snooze fest anymore!

Although my treadmill works well,

Although my treadmill works well, the connection with the app does not. The screen on the treadmill will not sleep ( stop being illuminated ) when the app is connected. I will logout but the treadmill will not logout the user.
